Control effect: Control the external source and remove the internal source, improve the water quality of the river into the lake, improve the water quality of Chaohu Lake from inferior class V to class V, and reduce the accumulation of cyanobacteria on the water surface. The existing problems are as follows: The control of external and internal sources is not enough; the current water quality of Chaohu Lake is still far from the target of class III; the outbreak of cyanobacteria is still serious. Recommended target: To eliminate cyan bacteria outbreak in different water areas from 2025 to 2035. Safeguard measures: Further promote the system of river head and Lake Head, integrate the governance of Chaohu into the Yangtze River protection strategy, increase scientific research efforts, and revise the governance plan of Chaohu. Innovative ideas of Chaohu Lake treatment technology integration are: 1) eutrophication treatment: control source and intercept pollution, actively treat non-point sources such as sewage plant, industrial, domestic, large-scale livestock and poultry breeding point sources and agricultural and rural areas, with the focus on building sufficient sewage treatment capacity and improving the treatment standard of sewage plant; reduce endogenous, mainly remove cyanobacteria and lake bottom sludge. 2) Algae removal: Comprehensive salvage and removal of cyanobacteria on water surface, water body and bottom. 3) Wetland restoration: Large scale restoration of coastal wetland, artificial restoration to promote natural restoration, so that the vegetation coverage of Chaohu Lake from 5% to the original 25%~30%. Conclusion: It is necessary to eliminate the outbreak of cyanobacteria in Chaohu Lake by giving full play to the institutional advantages of concentrating on major events with Chinese characteristics, establishing goals and integrating technological innovation.

描述:【Objective】This experiment studied the changes of soil physical and chemical properties and enzyme activity of funong 41 sugar cane in different growth stages under different fertilization conditions. Through the comparison of sugarcane yield and quality and root system, the optimal fertilization method was selected to provide theoretical basis for sugarcane to maintain and increase yield, improve soil fertility and optimize fertilization scheme.【Method】The experiments of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer(ONPK), slow release bag control(DNPK), single compound fertilizer(NPK), organic fertilizer(O) and no fertilizer(CK) five treatment were designed, and the sugarcane production quality and the length of root surface area, and the enzyme activity of soil physical and chemical properties were analyzed.【Result】Compared with other treatments, the yield of sugarcane stems increased by 38.12 %-76.59 %, and the sugar yield increased by 33.97 %-80.42 %,and promoting root growth;In sugarcane tillering stage, the soil nutrient content was the best, including ONPK treatment than other fertilizer treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05) in soil organic matter, alkali-hydro nitrogen, available P, available K content than other treatment increased by 1.94 %,22.52 %,6.54 %,15.93 %, 3.26 %,24.13 %, 11.79 %,32.93 %; The differences of soil urease, sucrase and acid phosphatase were not obvious in the whole growth period, and the enzyme activity was the largest in the mature stage. However, the soil urease, sucrase and acid phosphatase treated by ONPK were significantly higher than other treatments, increasing by 7.90 %-28.13 %, 12.23 %-20.06 % and 10 %-46.67 %;Compared with other treatments, the yield and sugar yield of sugarcane treated by NPKD had no significant advantage, which was consistent with the variation range of soil nutrient content between NPK treatment and O treatment, but the soil enzyme activity was only lower than that of ONPK treatment, and the soil urease, sucrase and acid phosphatase increased by 2.70 %-18.75 %, 5.14 %-6.98 % and 33.33 %-21.21 %,respectively.【Conclusion】The mixed application of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer can promote the development of sugarcane root system, improve the yield and quality of sugarcane, improve the physical and chemical properties of soil and enzyme activity, and improve the soil enzyme activity to a certain extent by slow-release bag controlled fertilization.

描述:以巢湖典型支流丰乐河流域为例,利用分布式水文模型ATHYS对流域降雨—径流过程进行模拟,以期为丰乐河流域水土保持、防洪、水资源利用和非点源污染防治等提供科学依据。ATHYS模型将流域分为大小相同的空间小单元,以库模型进行产流计算,以滞后演算法(lag and route)方法进行汇流计算,并以Nash and Sutcliffe指数作为检验模拟结果的标准,模拟流域出口断面日径流量,初步分析流域径流实测值与模拟值的年际变化。模型模拟结果表明,在率定期和验证期模拟与实测径流量的总Nash and Sutcliffe值(Nash值)都可以达到0.80以上,相关系数均可达0.89以上。除了部分峰值和基流,模型能较好地模拟丰乐河的径流过程。模型模拟径流总量的相对误差在率定期为23.1%,验证期为34.6%。流域降雨量、径流量的年内、年际变化均比较明显,径流实测值和模拟值的年际变化也都比较大。综合来看,模型比较适用于所研究流域的日径流模拟。
